The Westin Dallas Park Central

The stay was exquisite. Extremely elegant. The valet were so friendly, as well as helpful. One valet even helped me with a few bags. I only had 2, but he but nice enough to help me with them, from the moment I arrived, to exiting. Front staff was so welcoming and engaging. It's nice to engage in conversation rather than have someone flatly checking you in, seemingly uninterested. Not at the Westin; they are tuned into their guests! Breakfast is bountiful and fresh and dining area is above par. Nice grounds area with a small but CLEAN area for the pooch to do her biz. Will DEF stay here again!

The front desk customer service was awesome. The rain head shower is fantastic. The room was spacious. Everything was very clean.

Loved the hotel it looked amazing on the inside. The check in workers were friendly and accomadating. The rooms were clean, The bed was soft, and the view from my room was amazing. Enjoyed the shower it was almost like a waterfall shower head. Breakfast was really good as well make sure you get it included in your room rate if not you will have to pay.

Exceptional staff. Kind. Compassionate. Room Service THE BEST. I had to have a medical procedure done and this hotel was 7 minutes away from surgical facility. I slept like a baby in my bed, with feather-free linens and pillows. I will return. So quiet and soothing. The staff are 10 stars plus!

Great choices with everything very fresh the gentleman who took care of us every day was delightful his name was Singh breakfast was a great experience all five days we had fine dealings with Peter from food and beverage, Eddie from housekeeping and Maya (jack of all trades ). Kay
